Users cannot print.

We have a Winnt4 server and Windows 2000 workstations running in a domain. When logged in as the administrator I can print, no problems, when logged in as a user and try to print they get a message saying the printers are not installed. I have checked the permissions and user policies and they are set to allow users to print.
