Users can’t access CD-R and Zip Drives

I have several systems that are in a AD domain. These systems all have a CD-R and Zip installed localy. When a user is logged in they can not write to the CD-R or Zip. As an administrator I can access both without any problems. What should the minimum rigths be that I need to grant the uses to allow them to use thier CD-R and Zips?
