After resetting the Boss’s password he is now unable to access his e-mail via Outlook Express on either NT. Can access the Internet. The error messages are as follows:Outlook Express could not be started. The application was unable to initialize the stored directory. Your computer may be out of memory or your disk is full. Contact Microsoft Support for futher assistance (0x80004005, 5)
Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be initialized. Outlook Express may not be installed correctly.
1. Disk is not full
2. Memory is 32 mg Ram
3. Other users on same computer have no problems.
4. Admin reinstall of Office 97 has not helped.
I created a new user and copied the files to his new user folder (changing permissions to allow new user access) but error remains the same. He has a roaming profile and one other user gets the same error message.
