using Crystalreport 7 on Windows 2000

Im using Crystal report 7 for report writing
with my appliccation developed in VB.
i made setup installation with VB Package & deployment wizard. when i was making the setup it gives the missing crystal report file error, where i installed it in my clients pc’s and it was working fine on Nt Workstation and windows 98 operation system but when i try to run the report on windows 2000 it give me the error that
1. OLE can not initialize (Seagate Crystal report Error)
2. Error in database dll
