Using DHCP with dual DNS on Win2K ?

We have a need to specify 2 DNS servers on our Win2K clients. When we do this using pure DHCP, names don’t resolve. IPCONFIG shows the 2 DNS servers properly. Dual DNS works fine if statically defined and it works fine on NT machines. Is Win2K quirky in this regard?
