Using Mercury on Windows 98 LAN

I haven’t found much info on setting up Mercury Mail Transport Systeem on a Windows 98 pier-to-pier LAN. I would like to know how difficult it is to set it up to download email from several POP3 accounts using a Windows 98 workstation with dial-up access? I would need to have mailboxes or accounts or etc. on the Mercury PC to download the POP3 accounts to & allow individuals to send internal email to these same accounts. SMTP is not as important as having outside email collected. But it will dothis nicely from what I have read about Mercury.
Can someone give me a few pointers and/or gotcha’s with setting up this sort of configuration with Mercury? Thanks!
