Using NTWS4_SP6 w/ 98SE ISP Sharing

I have a 98SE machine setup as a server, gateway for cable / DSL modem….would like to use NT4 machine to logonto the LAN and have IP accesss, via the 98SE server…can I log into the 98’s Lan? Steps to accomplish? I am not familar with using NT4to logonto a NETBEUI / TCPIP 95/98 network.
