Using Scheduled Tasks

We are looking to find a way to use the “Scheduled Tasks” feature in Windows 2000 to open a document at a scheduled time and then print it, or an inexpensive product that would do this. Please be as specific as possible as to the set up, I have a very limited experience with scripting.
