Using Win2k to make a dial-in server

I’ve created a dial-in server on Win2k server, and it works great but the problem I am having is that I only have one phone line in my house and if someone calls and I don’t pick up by the second ring my computer picks up. I’m wondering if there isa way to make it so that the computer knows if it is another computer calling to not pick up but if it is a computer calling to pick up and start talking.
Please help.
