Using Windows 2000 on different LANs

by rromig . Updated 24 years, 9 months ago

I have a laptop running W2K Professional. The laptop has a built-in NIC and I would like to use it on both my company’s network (Novell) and my network at home (Microsoft) without having to change my network settings everytime I switch networks. TheNovell network at work uses TCP/IP and IPX/SPX and the home network is TCP/IP and NetBEUI. On the Novell network I used the laptop docked and undocked, at home, undocked only. Is there a way to set up a profile or something with the settings for each network?
