Using Windows 2000 to fing information

We are using Winddows 2000 server with most clients running Windows 98. I need to find the location of two machines and I know the ip addresses (dns)and machine names (netbios). I can see these items in the wins database. Is there a way I can broadcast messages to just these workstations in order to find them if I do not know their precise location? Or is there an easier way to find out where these machines exist within the network?
