USR 56k voice INT V.90 PCI windows Modem

I’m trying to install this card on a new system, however I can’t get the card to work for some strange reason in Win98. I can’t seem to get the right drivers from USR”S site. Can anyone guide me to find the proper drivers for a USR 56k voice INT V.90 PCI windows Modem?
