USRMGR vs Active Directory

In NT4 USRMGR you could change parameters in multiple user accounts by selecting and going into Properties. You dont appear to be able to do that in AD ( i would like to set up Map Drive to a Home Directory ). The network is still in Mixed mode – would i be able to use USRMGR to do it – or is there a better way?
