Utility to export DHCP configuration

I used a utility to export my DHCP scope configuration and lease addresses from NT server 4.0. I later imported into Windows 2000 server and scope and leases were created succesfully. When I added the server to the network it failed to give out IP addresses. If I created the scopes manually it did not have a problem.

Does anyone know of any utility that would at least import the address leases from the NT 4.0 DHCP server into the Windows 2000 DHCP Server?
