Utility to reverse output of IPCONFIG

I’m looking for a utility/script that would essentially import into the registry the parameters like those shown in the result of the IPCONFIG /ALL (minus the IP Address and Gateway, of course). Or does anyone know what the registry hive(s)/value(s) names would be to export WINS, DNS, and DNS Search Order values to a “.reg”-file which in turn could be edited. Then, could be imported (with changes).
