VB 6 Distribution Program

I have created a setup program using the deployment wizard. The problem is it worked once before I upgraded to service pack 4. The problem is that now I get an error (3706) that says the driver does not exist. This is as if one of the drivers for the database is missing, but I am only using Access and VB.
