VB6 and crystal report

when i develop a vb6 program, it’s running well but when i generate the .EXE file, it become very Slow, anyone could advise??

And when i print a crystal report 8 from my program, it took more than 30 seconds to come out, (i am using the Access 97database), anyone have better suggestions if i want my report to come out less than 10 seconds.
