vbscript/html – refresh web page

I have a simple HTML page that includes some very basic vbscript. On the page I’ve included four frames: title, (left)menu, sub-title, body. When a user clicks a menu item I’d like the sub-title and body frames to load the new information.

Cansomeone give me some tips on how to get those individual frames to refresh? Or to get the whole page to refresh so I can load the information?
