VC++ Project won’t open on 2nd computer

I have a VC++ ’97 project that will work fine on my computer, but when I move it to computer B I get the error “xxx.dsp has been modified and cannot be loaded as a Developer Studio Project”. This happens when the project and files are moved throughthe network or cd. We have also tried sending the files to B from a different computer, but that doesn’t work either. Has anyone seen this before or know what is causing it?
