Vedio Driver problem

I have IBM ThinkPad 390x. NT workstation 4.0 w/SP6a is already running before I install Win2000 server. I could not logon to NT workstation but Win2000 server runs perfect.
I found the video drive caused problem. I check IBM web site, could not find NT 4.0 video drive that is compatible with mult boot win2000

Does anyone know how to downland that video dirver?
