Vendor Selection for Network/System Mgmt

I am looking to select a vendor for a Network & System Manager that would be hosted on a Windows platform, but would monitor a mixed bag of Windows, Solaris, HP platforms. I assume that it is probably a MIB requester/receiver. Where can I get a short list of vendors that could supply me a product with their strengths and weaknesses listed for this task?
