VIA TECH DRIVER NEEDED

I have looked high and low for the driver to replace the VIA TECH 3038 PCI ti USB.I was notified that this driver does not work correctly with the Visioneer One Touch 7600 scanner I have. That it needs to be replaced. Anyone have the right driver for this? I sure would appreciate it. My scanner has been down for 2 months now.Thank You in advance!!
