I recently bought a USB video capture/TV/Radio device from Pinnacle, I want to be able to capture video/audio from the device and ultimately end up writing it to a VCD.
What I need, is a program that will capture the video, and give me an mpeg file that I can burn (with adaptec ez cd for example). The software must perform well (I want good quality/frame rate), and ideally, I need a way to automate the process, where I might have the software automatically start recording at a certain time.
The problem I have had up to now, is some software will only capture in AVI format (too big), others are too slow (loose frames), other are not compatible with my device, and finally, other have no way to automate capture (such as pinnacles bundled software).
Any help would be appriciated!
