Video Driver Troubles

I have a gfxpro chip and the screen image was
awesome… developed major “errors” (of win98 origin)so I formatted reloaded ect. OOOPS! didn’t save drivers =( only ones left are Video adapter. Must (A) find ?\VGA\GFXPRO\AGPVxD\AGP166e.exe and then update with ?\VGA\GFXPRO\Win9x\NVAGP.INF
Question(s): 1) Where can I find these…
2) How do I go about loading them for first-time success?
