Video Problems

I have a Windows 98 se PC. When I boot it up I can see fine intil it gets to the windows desktop. It starts to move rapidly from left to right. After 10 min. it stops and I’m fine. Resolution is 800X600. If I set it to a lower 640X480 if works fine from the get go. I went to the windows update site and updated all drivers. Still have the same problem
