Viewing multiple folders in Outlook 98

Does anyone know how (or if it’s even possible) to view multiple folders in a single view. Now that really doesn’t make a whole lot of sense, even to me and I wrote it, so here’s an example of what I’m trying to do – if a manager wants to view the task folder of one of his reports, he has to go to “file” “open other users folder”, select the proper user, then select the folder. That’s ok if you only have one person reporting to you, what if you have several and want to combine all of their task folders into a single view ?
