Viewing VCD disk having (Data mode2) content on my computer.

How do I play a Video CD disk having (data mode2) content in my computer running on WinXp? When I insert the disk in my computers Dvd drive it shows no disk, but when I run nero and check on disk properties its shows the following:
CD-ROM XA
Session 01 (683MB)
Track 01: 0:02.00 0:16.55(5MB),Data(mode 2)
Track 02: 0:18.55 67:18.70(680MB), Data(mode2)
