virtual private network

Hi,
I’m currently trying to connect a win2000 through netzero(a free isp) to another win2000.I can connect but I’m unable to browse the network.I’m not sure what else to do to rectify this problem.It also seems like it’s not registering an ip address on the receiving win2000…I hope this is enough info…any help would be appreciated.Thank’s in advance
