Virus

Some users of my network are receiving e-mails with only subjects like these:

Look,my beautiful girl friend
Please try again
A funny game
A powful tool

I almost sure that is a virus but I don’t know how to remove it. I guess that the virus is in the Exchange Server but I haven’t could find it

What can I do??
