Virus. Lge Black Circle + Blk/Wht Lines

Anyone encountered this rather nast virus.

There is a Large black Circle with moving consentric balck and white circles creating a Zebra pattern.This Large Circle IS ALWAYS ON TOP.

Even the Shut Down activates “Do you want to download” no answer but 2Yes” will allow a closedown.

I have started Win98 in Safe mode via holding the Ctrl Key down and removed all start up programs. No effect.

At least Safe mode Works.
