Vista Partition problem

by aurelmifloaca . Updated 18 years, 10 months ago

I bought a Fujitsu Siemens laptop with Vista preinstalled. Initially 2 partitions: C ? Vista and D ? free. I have installed Win XP on partition D. Everything was OK.
Now – the problem. Fist I tried to make a new partition only for my data by shrinking partition C under Vista. I succeed and got another partition ? E. But that was too small for my needs and I tried to use the PM.8 to get more space from C and put it on the E. While running PM.8 I got an error massage ? something like ?overlap boundaries?.
Since than I can not see the partition E when running Vista (only in Disk Management); anyway I can see the partition in Win XP but I have some problems trying to access it.

Could anyone please help me find a solution?
Thanks in advance
