Visual Basic 6 Packaging and Deployment

I have successfully used the VB6 Package & Deployment wizard in the past. I am currently attempting to deploy to a client and I get the message “The file c:\Windows\TEMP\msftqws.pdw\$(DLLSelf RegisterEx) could not be found” Then a msgbox opens telling me a serious installation problem occurred and the installation is unsuccessful. This has happened on two client PCs. Does anyone know what to do? Thanks!
