visual basic enviroment in word

what do i have to do to stop the error box from coming up stating,,,,,,,visual basic enviroment could not be initialized……..it’s restricting me from printing my documents, or saving my documents..i also have the same problem in other areas……thanks ,i’m hoping i can get help to solve this matter.
