vkd error message

i have a pIII 866 with 128 ram.i had win98,win2000,winxp in it.recently my brother accidently partitioned the machine.after that i repartition it with fat 32(4gb,16gb),i was intalling win98 in it ,but after first period of intallation when it restart-after restart it saying “while initialising the VKD device error U have to reboot your pc”.but it is intalling win2ooo pro.i want win98,how can i achieve it.
