VPN

I have a client who uses a VPN 95% of the time with DSL. (he works from a remote office) His TCP/IP settings for DSL are static. Our LAN uses DHCP. How can I configure his computer to offer either VPN access or LAN access without having him changehis TCP/IP settings when he needs to use our LAN. (DSL is not available to him while he is at our main office)
