VPN client connection drop

My RAS server does not respond to VPN users.
The VPN users got error:

Error 721:”Remote PPP peer is not responding”

I do not why since nothing has been change in
the RAS server.

Does anyone have this similar problem.
Please provide advice. It is Emergent.
