VPN Connectivity Problem

I have RRAS set up, NAT is working perfectly but my VPN clients are being assigned an IP address with a different subnet address. i.e.: Should be 192.168.1.x/24 but are getting 192.168.1.x/32
They are being authenticated by the domain controller correctly but once logged on have no access to any resources on any servers.
What am I doing wrong?
