VPN on E2K

I have a VPN server configured on the E2K server. For some reason when I vpn using win98 machine, I get my email and see every single resource on the file server, but When I vpn using Win2000 machine I get my email only, I can not get any resource from the file server. I used PPTP on both sessions. Why do you think the above problem happen? Please help
