VPN on SBServerNT4.5

I have Backoffice SBServer4.5,I would like to conect other remote clients pc’s through VPN by using the Internet to connect to the server,(and not the telefoon lijn).What I have to do from the server side and the client side to perform this,which software must installe in both side .
