VPN Problems

I am connected to my work through VPN. When I successfully enter into the network, I go to my personal folders and begin to work on documents. When I attempt to save the documents, I get a notice stating that the documents are read-only and I am unable to make modifications to the originals. Now, to make things difficult, I would attempt to gain access to the Outlook Exchange server and it keeps asking me to log in and enter the correct domain. I enter the information that is assigned to me and it will not allow me in stating that it is an incorrect password. I talked to the administrators at the workplace and they state that it is my computer. I feel that it is in the way they have the securities set up in the Servers. This is extremely frustrating. JJ
