VPN setup over DLS

We are trying to setup a VPN into our office. We have a Win2000
server(10.0.0.11) with a 2nd nic (209.16.201.196 ip given us by our ISP) attached to Cayman DSL/router
(ethernet ip 192.224.224.2) Wan IP 209.16.201.42, Nat is on. We have the
default gateway of the 2nd nic set to 209.16.201.42. Setup Ras as per your
website & created pinhole in router TCP port 1723. We can not get to the VPN Nic from the internet. Any Ideas/suggestions??
