VPN with cable modems on Win2K Pro

I have two NIC in one machine running Win2K Pro. One NIC is a cable internet connection. I want to set the machine to allow other computers, my work machine, to connect via a VPN. When I go to set up the VPN accept calls connection, I am unable to “see” or select my network card and thus, my internet connection. ????
