VXD IFSMRG error

We have a NT 4.0 network running win95/98 workstations. We just installed proxy 2.0 for our network internet connection. After a few days I started receiving calls about “blue screen” errors. Some would get on login, some during the day and some when they went to logout? The machines “I think” are all the ones that have the proxy client loaded on them. The error we are getting is:

fatal exception error in OE
0028:C001AE26 in VXD IFSMGR (01) + 0000365A

Any help would be appreciated.
