VxD invalid link to device 4F,service 74

When I connect camera Fuji into computer(Windows ME) USB port after installing drivers from camera CD I’ve got “looking for new hardware sign” and then blue screen and message:” invalid VxD dinamic link call: to device number4F, service 74 Your w-ws configuration is invalid. Run w-ws set up programm to correct.” So i did 2 times but still the same. Any solutions? Thankz
