W2k and dual monitors

Well a couple of questions really

First I have a clone system with a ATI AGP Card and a PCI S3 Card, with the bios set to AGP first display I only get one monitor the AGP one and the second has that old yellow triangle next to it in device manager.

When I use PCI first display in the bios on boot up i get a display on the PCI monitor but the machine never gets past the splash screen for W2k.

Q1. Am I doing something wrong?
Q2. Is there a supported Video Card list for W2k Dual MonitorSupport
