W2k hidding the task bar

I am using Windows 2000 workstation. I am trying to hide the task bar for a user on a particular box. I am the admin for this local machine. Basically, it is for a kiosk, where the user shouldn’t get into anything other then the program that loads up upon booting. The task bar shows up for about 10 seconds before the application launches.

How can I have this task bar hidden for the users who boot up the kiosk machine? It is all tied to a single user id. I don’t know 2000 enough to dothis.

Please help.
