W2K Install Copy problems

I am installing W2k Server on a Micron XKU PC. I have already done this with success on another Micron. The problem is during the file copy phase of the installation I get the error: “The file (filename)was not copied correctly.” I have tried several times and it it happens with different files. I have also tried a different installation CD with the same results.

I also installed NT 4.0 with no problem, and then tried to upgrade to W2K, and got the same errors.

Any ideas?
