W2K memory hog

I am running w2k on 128mb and the task manager shows 26mb of physical available. Is 2000 that big of a hog? What can I do (besides upgrading) to free up some ram? I’ve minimzed the applications in startup to antivirus and firewall, and I’ve switchedmost of the services to manual startup.
