W2K Pro Dialup file name

I want to have my machine dial up my ISP before any other programs start, so I was going to add the ISP’s dial-up command to the run key in the registry. The problem is, I can’t find the path and file name of the file that does that. I have it starting in the startup folder now, which isn’t working well, since I have 2 other programs that depend on that dial-up, that try to start before the dial-up (since they are in the run key of the registry).

What is the name and path of the individual dial-ups in W2K?
