W2K Pro interaction with NT4.0 Domain

There is a problem when I tried to log on to NT4.0 domain through W2K Pro, It says your computer must have an acount on domain server, I have no problem when login through Win98.
The question is how can I log on to NT4.0 domain through W2k Pro withthe same authentication that I use through Win98 ?
